This area is truly new urban with its parks, Aldo Leopold Nature Center, walkable retail including coffee shops, groceries, fitness centers, Meriter and UW clinics, restaurants and even a wine bar. The neighborhood has delightful diversity with seniors, singles, families from all walks of life. If you are looking for REAL New Urbanism and not a corn field FAKE community you must drive through the Femrite area off Monona Drive. "
