There is also additional storage space in the basement of the building, as well as a small shed space right outside the door. Safe and secure with 2 locked entry doors. Convenient Old North End neighbourhood. Right across from Integrated Arts Academy and a small farmers market. 2 off street parking spots included in rent!

There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "

    "It’s a family friendly neighborhood close to everything! It’s unique in that there are 3 bike paths including trails that lead to lake Champlain which is only about 5 to 10 minute walk! Take another short walk to Ethan Allen park or cross country ski there in the winter including a wooden bridge that leads to Ethan Allen homestead. Enjoy craft beers at the simple roots brewery which is literally a 5 min walk. "
