"it's all good. cafes have dog water bowls. there are fields in nearby Laurel Hurst and parks where dogs can play, and at Buckman school. voodoos second home is here. Portland tennis center, two rock climbing gyms. a few breweries some of the apartment buildings have their own in facility dog runs and pee fake turf that has a water cleaning feature."

Vehicle and foot traffic vary a lot by street, & children are usually staying in their yards, not playing out in the street in most places in this neighborhood. "Parades that form under our window. Art in the Pearl is an annual Labor Day weekend event. We have the best grocery store anywhere - World Foods- along with friendly people and great public transportation. And the walkability score is 100!"
