Soho Lofts-the original Soho in St. Louis- is an historic renovation of a vintage school building in a 3 acre gated community in the heart of St. Louis upper Central West End. Close to Washington University Medical Center, Forest Park, Cortex, St. Louis University, downtown and highway 40/64. These are wonderful lofts, each unique to itself. Each loft has a minimum of 12 foot ceilings with some at 20 feet. Architectural moldings, brick walls, exposed beams and trusses, large thermal windows, all electric apartments, as well as beautiful wood or polished concrete flooring. We offer some lofts with private patios and a private entry. All apartments have walk in closets, great kitchens with lots of cabinets. Utility room with washer/dryer hook up in each apartment. Bring your own w/d or rental available. The baths have slate tile and deep soaking tubs. There are three homes with 2 car garages. The gated community has lots of parking, lap pool, BBQ area, fitness facility and club room. We are completely pet friendly with plenty of open green area to walk your dog. We are owner managed and always reachable!
