Description

Newly remodeled studio apartment located in Newport, TN five minutes from Interstate 40. All on one level, no carpet. $850 monthly rent includes trash pickup and lawncare. Tenants responsible for all utilities (electricity and water). Kitchen appliances included as well as washer and dryer hookups. Small pet under 25 lbs allowed with $500 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $50 monthly pet fee. $850 security deposit upon signing one-year lease.

There will be a $45.00 application fee. We will verify the last 5 years of residential history, verify income (must be 3 times the monthly rent amount), and run a credit/criminal background check.
