"Close to 405 freeway, takes me 30-45 minutes to get to West Los Angeles with traffic in the morning. On weekends, traffic is not that bad so it takes only 15-20 minutes to get to West LA. "

"Many options available. There is metro line, car pool share parking lot & busses. Also, the freeway is close by. I enjoy living here. The park has many activities including a lake, fishing, bikes, & waterfall. There are trails, tennis, & archery, too. "

"Way too many homeless people now. It used to be nice but homeless have invaded. There are beautiful homes in the neighborhoods but the vagrants like to wonder the nice quiet streets to vandalize cars and steal packages. "
