I've even seen the loose dogs try to attack people walking their own dogs on a leash. Walla Walla is meant for tourists not residents."

He was recently rear-ended by a teenager while stopped at a four way intersection. Aside from motorists he has to constantly be on guard for random pedestrian and bicyclists who seemingly walk into the street without checking for traffic. "
