Garden Court is Rocky Mountain Communities' biggest community. With 300 units, grassy open space and a new playground, this community in the Lowry neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Garden Court is currently undergoing major renovations to include new flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as exterior upgrades.

Garden Court also boasts the largest resident services program, utilizing the community room every day of the week. Programs such as the food pantry and sharing table; Community Events like the community wide holiday open house; Youth Programming that includes afterschool homework help; and Senior Activities to encourage aging in place are going on all the time. Garden Court is a melting pot for cultures, languages, ages and stages.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
