"As with most cities, the area you live is important. I grew up in South Eugene and that area is very family friendly. Currently I live in the Coburg/Cal Young area and I love it for different reasons. Proximity to my work and shopping centers is nice. "

"Halloween Is quite the event. Lots of people go all out with decorations and trick-or-treating it’s super fun. The holiday season as always really special because of how much people really go all out their Christmas lights. That makes walking the dog at night a winter wonderland adventure. The kids love it"

"The best neighborhood in Eugene! Surrounded by expensive estates. The area where limousine services take people for Christmas tours because of all the lights. The area where families take their children trick-or-treating because of the decorations. Neighbors are incredibly caring and committed to living here long-term."
