The only downside is it’s a bit loud because of Koenig but it’s definitely not the noisiest of austin neighborhoods. There are so many places to walk your dogs—a lot of trails, open fields, and parks.     "I'm not sure why anyone would say there are sketchy areas near here - Austin is an incredibly safe city. This area is also next to one of the better high schools in Austin (none of the public high schools are particularly terrific). There is also a fair amount of stuff on North Loop, which is nice and I imagine that Highland Mall will eventually be developed thus making this area very desirable. The only downside is that the closest grocery store is one of the less nice ones and it's not all that close."
