About this Apartment

We welcome possible new residents to tour our property. We have upgraded duplex-style units ready to occupy. Our residents are important to us. We take pride in having a history of retaining long-term residents. The entire property has been upgraded. Our complex is quiet and well maintained. We have lovely green spaces, and many planted and flowering gardens. The residential units have an air conditioner and also have their own patio. The swimming pool is available for residents to use. There is a gated entry for the vehicles and each unit has a designated covered parking space with lockable storage unit for their use. We encourage you to make your own on-site look at our property and preview our residential unit that is available for occupancy. Resident is responsible for gas and electric. There is a $50 monthly charge for water and trash.
