"It’s nice to have easy access to the 60 and the 202. From there you can get anywhere. If only people would do better to drive the speed limit instead of 10mph under. "

"They would like walking the dog through the desert landscape. They would not like the aggressive wildlife that can be dangerous for the dog. "

"Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

"Its busy when snowbirds are here but other than that it's okay. Although when snowbirds are here they should do the speed limit and not 25 down the the trail."

"Flatiron park is a good spot to take a dog, but it must be on a leash. Rumors are going around that a dog park is going to be built."

"I'm not quite sure. Maybe get the druggie out the meth is horrible here. Not charge so much as it's an old area but rent is the same as nice places. "

"There aren't very many kids around this neighborhood, but there is a school nearby. This area of Apache Junction is very different from most of Apache Junction. It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "

"There really aren't any that I'm aware of. People don't decorate for holidays very much and kids don't trick-or-treat. People do walk in the mornings and evenings. The area is pretty quiet, aside from the vehicles on the road. "

"An easy couple of miles from the freeway, yet very quiet most of the time. There are some people with very noisy vehicles that doped up and down the road. We're within 10-20 minutes of just about anything we might need, yet out away from it all and surrounded by desert and amazing views. "

"That this area is a 55 and older community. For these restrictions and facilities offered probably very difficult to find friendly, watch care type neighbor hood with well maintained properties, with high quality facilities, Club house, pool & spa, many organized activities to partake in"

"Ive lived in my neighborhood for 1 year. It's pretty neat. The closest house is about 50 yards away. There are few streetlights so the stars are so vibrant. Also, we are at the base of the Superstition Mountain and the view is amazing!"
