There's a commanding southerly view of Sinclair Inlet and the Seattle ferry passing by as well as a downtown view of the marina. Also from the kitchen is a view of the Olympics. There's lots of light, even in winter on a rainy day. It has a very spacious backyard with deer grazing frequently.
New paint, trim, carpet and hardwood floors. Newer energy efficient windows with blinds and screens. Sun room has lots of storage space as well.
It's half a block to a Kitsap Transit stop on Perry avenue and eight blocks to Manette business district and Manette bridge leading to downtown Bremerton, Seattle ferry and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
Please, no pets or smoking of any substance in the building nor on the premises. Owner pays for water, sewer and landscape maintenance. Cable, garbage and electricity paid by tenant. 1st month and security deposit at move-in. Proof of employment and reference from form landlord.
