About this Apartment

This immaculate, charming gingerbread cottage has the best view in town. Facing the lake and memorial at Miller Park, this 1-bedroom unit is the most unique apartment in town and will go very quickly. Completely remodeled, the apartment has a large kitchen with custom cabinets, a farmhouse sink, and gorgeous walnut countertops. The appliances -- refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher -- are brand new and never used. The kitchen also features a custom island with butcher block counter, hardwood floors, two large pantry closets, and a large bay window perfect for a farmhouse table.

The front living room has original hardwood floors, large windows with stained glass, and a giant built-in bookcase. The bedroom is inspired by bright modern cottages; the wood floors are painted white, and large built-in armoires and dressers provide ample storage. A stackable washer and dryer are in the bedroom and ready to use. Pictures of the bedroom will be posted soon.

Finally, the unit has a show-stopping bathroom. Black and white designer tiles, a corner shower with subway and oval penny tile, and a new vanity, toilet, and fixtures create a vintage feel with modern amenities. The ceiling vent is so high tech you can connect your iPhone to it to play music in the embedded speaker.

Finally, this house is on a triple lot, so there is a large yard and even space for a lovely vegetable garden. This unit has its own private back porch. Parking is off the street, and there is also a new disability ramp leading to the large front porch with gingerbread spindles and dove ornamentation. The neighbors are wonderful, and you can enjoy the Miller Park fireworks directly from your front porch! We are pet-friendly landlords, so pets of all sizes are welcome.

Rent is $1095/month, and first month's rent and a deposit of $995is required at move-in. Tenants pay all utilities. Applications have a $30 fee for background check. Lawn care will be taken care of by the landlords unless the tenants prefer to do their own yard work.
