"decent. public transportation not far. schools could be better. there are not many parks around this area. this could be a better area with a bit more love and support from the community leaders. homes could be main trained better. too many empty fields not being properly maintained. this is also a high crime rate area. "

"Most streets are one way and unfortunately most people drive the wrong ways up the streets. There are many kids in the neighborhoods but overall. Home is what you make it "

"We have lived here for the last year. It has its ups and downs, but the area is currently making a comeback. It would be easy to complain, but that would make us part of the problem and not the solution. Our neighbors are great and we look out for each other. "

"I grew up here. It is not like it was when I grew up. The area is not as safe it uses to be when I was younger. I could walk to the store by myself. My daughter could not walk anywhere by herself. "

"Can be a great place for children depending on the street/area. It’s not the worst neighborhood, but like every neighborhood it has it constant changes and is slowly developing into a convenient place to live, work and play."
