"In the condo community that I live at doesn’t allow dogs. A real negative. If you own a house you can have a dog living with you at you house. The majority owners in the area have dogs."

"Dog owners would like the sidewalks for walking. Sidewalks are everywhere making this a very walkable neighborhood. There are also many chip trails through the woods and along the river which make for more interesting terrain for dogs."
