      "Send your kids to a nationally-competitive school system, Indian Hill, but pay "upper middle class" rates. Walkable, kid-friendly area that was a great place to grow up. Wonderful neighbors, great sense of place. Nobody ever leaves, so jump whenever something pops up here or you could be waiting another 2 years. "
