This is a nice large one bedroom apartment. When you walk into the front door, you enter into the kitchen living room area. This is a nice large open space. From this large space you can enter into the bedroom, bathroom, or the laundry room. The bedroom is a pretty good size but does not have a closet. The bathroom is large with a tub shower combination. The laundry room is large and has lots of space for storage and to hang clothes. While you do not have a closet, the laundry room could function as a large walk in closet.
There is off street parking near the door to the apartment. If desired there is a garage and/or a shed available to rent separately for storage or to put a vehicle.
While this is an apartment, because of the layout and the way this building is set up, it feels much like a house.
We pay, water, sewer garbage, and heat. YOU pay electric. Average bill through NWPS is $48.
Our rents are based on a 12-month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
We allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
