    "I have a car and short distance access to the interstate 14. I have live here for 5 almost 6 year in the same place and the traffic flow is not too bad. Either direction that you go unless you take clear creek during peak hours "

    "My neighborhood allows quick access to main roads in many directions. We are located near many types of shopping areas. Access to the local military base is easy but the traffic on Clear creek Road is horrible with the lights getting on to the highway. "
