12 Month Lease. 1st Full Months Rent + 1 Month Security Deposit* Due at Move In. *Based on Credit application
Not all properties are pet friendly. Please refer to our listings to verify which properties accepts a pet. This does not apply to Service/ESA Pet. If you have a pet, you will be required to complete an additional pet screening application which can be found here: https

Additionally, pet owners with a dog will be required to provide proof of renter's insurance at the time of lease signing that insures your dog with a minimum liability of $500,000 and adding Reeder Companies LLC to the policy as additional insured.

"No events lately. Local Churches used to have summer festivals with live bands. Parks have new swing sets and slides. There is an awesome flower and garden at Washington Park. People are friendly."

"East Chicago has nice homes, schools, parks, and a decent grocery store in Strack & Van Til. Not much else. If you’re looking for entertainment, head north to Chicago or south to Schererville/Merrillville"
