"Nice neighborhood in my opinion. I live there for the last two years and it’s usually quite. There is transit, parks, people run and usually know if something is not right and reported to authorities. "

"Halloween is a huge celebration with the streets closed to traffic during trick-or-treat. People care about their lawn and the appearance of their homes with a high rate of home ownership. Someone is always out jogging or walking their dogs and neighbors are friendly."

"This community is a great place to own property. It's close to shopping for quick errands and also close malls (suburbs), and the downtown scene. There is a great balance of young families and retirees and pride of ownership really shows in this area. With the versatility of this neighborhood and the charm of its homes this would make a fantastic place to live for all. "
