"The street art makes this neighborhood unique and the fact that there is always something to do! Most things to do are free/cheap!"
    • Timothy Anderson
"Generally safe, pretty, and convenient. But VERY close to what could be considered dangerous areas. "
    • Abbey Green
"Findlay market and the street car are my favorite parts of living in over-the-rhine. I enjoy being close to all of the fun night life and restaurants. "
    • Trulia User
"This is an urban eclectic area. Lots of bars and restaurants on every corner. It can get very lively during warmer weather, but for the most part safe. Like in most areas like this, there is a few homeless people who's been here as long as, the residents. "
    • Trulia User
"Even during rush our the commute from Mason wasn’t bad. It still took 30 minutes but I didn’t really hit a lot of traffic"
    • Sarina J.

"It’s an urban environment. It can be safe if you don’t treat it like a suburb. The benefits outweigh the adjustments "
    • Standardsnodoubt
"location, location, location, you can get to mostly anywhere on one bus from my location! Not good parking unless you have parking permit, they will ticket! "
