Large back entry with washer and dryer furnished.
Stove and refrigerator furnished.
Nice size living area.
Average size second bedroom.
Off street parking in the back off the alley and plenty of parking on 5th Ave as the court house is across the street.
We pay for water, sewer, garbage. We also do the snow removal and lawn care. You are responsible for the electric (the average as of 4//13/22 is $115). The $115 average seems high to me, this apartment has boiler heat, and I wonder if the prior tenants instead of turning the thermostat up, they used space heaters which is why the average is higher than I would expect. If you have questions on the thermostat, let me know.
Pets are accepted with a $500 pet deposit as well as $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
Our Renting Process:

3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view.
4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
