"The neighborhood is too noisy and too expensive. I live in a house and the driveway is always being blocked by the neighbors next door. Garbage thrown on the sidewalks and people don’t clean up after their dogs."

"My neighborhood has great potential. It’s great to live and raise your family. There is access to public transportation and major highways as well. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone looking to move in a nice community."

"This area is very nice. I live in Fordham Terrace., until you walk across University into Fordham. Then youll see a lot of activity you may not be comfortable with. There are a lot of Hills and Parks. The major shopping areas are Fordham and Riverdale. Fordham has more of the major stores. But if you want to avoid a lot of traffic and lessen you chance of getting mugged you might want shop on Riverdale. "

"There is some crime and loud noise during the afternoon's and evenings. Devoe park and restaurants in the area tend to be rowdy. This area will hopefully improve overtime, but that time can't come fast enough. "
