Check out this 1br in a super convenient location. While it's a basement unit, it has its own separate entrance within a 5-unit apartment building. Decent size windows allow some natural light as well.
We updated this unit a few years ago and it has only been rented by a few people since then. We pay all utilities except electricity and cable. However, we charge a flat $30.00 per month utility fee to partially offset the big bills we have to pay.
Upstairs residents are super respectful and have been in the building for more than 2 years.
Plenty of off-street parking and easy access to the 4th Street bus line to head to campus. Or, a quick drive to 21st Ave E if you need to head downtown for work. Own a bike? You will love zipping down the hill. Heading back will be painful-LOL!
Looking for a solid renter with great credit, excellent references, and a minimum of a 1-year lease. Your income must be at least 3 times the rent. Will consider a strong co-signor as well.
Got a fuzzy friend? We will allow 1 cat or dog for an extra $30/mo. pet fee or a one-time $300 fee at lease signing.
