      "Chester has great schools! There are lots of parks, trails and outdoor recreation. Chester has a lovely community pool in the summer. The town center is a quaint, walkable area with shops and restaurants. There are several annual fairs/carnivals etc. It’s a lovely place to live."

Its quiet. rarely hear ANY sirens. its secluded with many properties off main roads further back on property. the Town is located inbetween Interstate 80 and 78. not too far from Rockaway mall. school system seems good so far although our only experience so far is 2 years of preK. some minor bussing issues but that's it so far. "
