        "Low crime. Low traffic. There are really not to many. Shopping is horrible. Few doctors and dentists. There is no mail delivery. Must go to the post office to pick up mail. The Post office looks like a shack. "

        "Owning your own transportation is a must. No public transportation here. Rail road and interstate run through town. Interstate access is 4 to 5 miles north and south. Mostly elderly population. Homes are older and no down town revitalization. Most jobs are a 25 minute commute to Albany."
