"It’s a tourist town. Be aware of the tourist season in the summer and winter months. The weirdos come from all over so keep your kids close. "

"good thing about this community is your free to walk your dog everywhere and anywhere. but the negative to this is u have to always pick up after your dog no matter where when or what you or they are doing."

"Lot’s of families with dogs always out walking. Nice park with friendly people. Wide roads and people are cautious when driving because of so many dog walkers."

"I have lived here for almost 2 years and even though I don’t know my neighbors in my apartment complex personally, everyone seems really nice and respectful of each other. Just on the outskirts of town but still in city limits (barely)."

"I lived here from around April of 2013 to Feb of 2014 (they let me out of my lease early because of work...which is awesome because i wouldn't have been able to take the job otherwise). I LOVED it! It was in a great location in Branson and it did not have any hint of bad traffic surrounding it despite it's location. The staff was great, they always fixed things right away. Yes they are picky about who the accept to live there and I'm ok with that because that means I'm safer in the long run. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that they didn't allow pit bulls. They DO allow dogs, don't get me wrong, just not pit bulls. And I was obviously upset about having to give away my puppy after just getting him. But, that's my fault for not asking. Anyway, great place to live would def recommend!! Clean, new, beautiful, great gym & pool..."

"The people here in Branson are outstanding, and the neighborhood this house sits in is fantastic. Branson is the kind of town you love to live in because it still has a lot of "Mayberry" in it!--- good ole fashioned American values. The seasons are terrific, the outdoors options are vast, and there's so many fun options. "
