    "Traffic is tough coming and going on Olive because Peoria doesn’t come all the way. Bottlenecks there. It’s also seeing construction right now so that makes it worse. Typically can get to everything within 15 minutes, and can reach airport in 45 minutes in clear traffic. "

    "Hoa is horrible your not even allowed to park on the street to unload your car for a few minutes in fear your going to get in trouble. Wonderful neighbors except some complain if your dog barks even once. Other then that it is a nice area to grow your family. "
