"I live in this neighborhood and it's great! Quiet! Close to the bay and beach. Not a lot of traffic noise. It's also very close to downtown Port St Joe"

"It is a great little community that hasn’t been destroyed by the tourist trade yet. It isn’t PCB or Destin and we want to keep it that way. Still holding on to the quaint old town feeling."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years, it’s the Mayberry of Florida. Very slow pace and great for us being retired. We love our neighbors and spend most weekends going to hear live music on our golf cart. We can walk across the street to the water and Kayac or SUP. It’s perfect for us. "

"Port St. Joe is a fisherman's paradise, a vacationer's hidden gem, and a throwback to unpretentious Old Florida that baby boomers will appreciate. A great place for a second home, but don't expect to find gainful employment yet as the local economy continues to struggle. However, this makes for fabulous deals on housing in the town of Port St Joe and even out on Cape San Blas. Eventually, this area will boom as a result of infrastructure being put in place by the St. Joe Company including the new International airport in nearby Panama City, the new Sacred Hearts Hospital right in Port St. Joe, and the vast Windmark mixed use development which is now languishing but will eventually build out to include hundreds of homes plus golf, retail, commercial and other attractions."
