    "The neigborhood is clean and safe for the most part, those are the pros. The cons are lack of sidewalks which makes walking difficult. Older infrastructure on sewer lines and needs updating. Difficult to bike and walk pet. Have not heard any tornado sirens, perhaps those too need infrastructure updates. Also getting too high percentage of rentals, city needs to control that. "

There are some quieter subdivisions you can walk your dogs in where the road is safe and not having sidewalks doesn’t matter as much.
