It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place. It’s quiet and green, with mature trees that give it a settled, established feel. For all that calm, you’re still just minutes from downtown Austin and the shops and restaurants at Mueller. Commuters will appreciate the easy access to major freeways — it’s one of those rare spots where you get peaceful streets without sacrificing convenience. I’ve lived here for 9 years."

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
