"We’re rural so public transportation doesn’t exist. Highway 26 has become increasingly congested especially westbound traffic heading to the coast. Busy highway with a lot of speeders thus many accidents. "

"Banks is a wonderful community where you can let your kids run the neighboorhood knowing they are safe. The involvement in the community is excellent with the schools and sports programs. The access to biking, hiking, the coast, and a very relaxing drive to work make this one of the best communities in Washington County!"
