"We moved here specifically for the community, schools, and the perfect central locations to downtown and the airport. We enjoy the community events, the street parties, and the community organization. There are so many people walking their dogs daily, it’s just a feeling of a true community. "
  • Jason F
"I work from home so it’s great! Never any traffic, except occasionally to the bathroom in the morning when everyone is trying to get ready. "
  • Hvm2w9snyz
"We really like that it’s a safe gated community and walking is easy to go to the park or tennis courts"
  • Jason Fiske
"I have resided in San Antonio ZIP Code 78210 for two years and I can’t say unequivocally that the neighborhood is improving. I feel very safe in my neighborhood. The neighborhood is lacking grocery stores, restaurants, bars, or any kind of social evening nightlife really. The streets are relatively well kept in the sidewalks are as well. I feel very safe, but it’s nott necessarily a neighborhood where I would go out walking after 9 PM. Neighbors are friendly if you are proactive in speaking with them. It is about the least outgoing, bunch of neighbors I’ve ever had in terms of reaching out."
  • Missmur69
"We have a 4th of July neighborhood parade. People in the neighborhood bring out their chairs and sit on the lawn to watch their friends/neighbors parade down the street dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue. Dogs are included."
  • Laurie.basabe
"Many dog owners are here. Dogs are welcomed in my neighborhood , so long as you clean up after them "
  • Ruth Loman
"There is lots, lots of stray, dogs and cats around so you have to make sure you walk with a stick when you’re walking your dog on a leash"
  • Samanthacastillo601
"Good neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors . Nice park area and jogging areas. Love that lots of people take care of each other’s homes. And keep a lookout for any negative activity. "
  • Amber Garcia
"It’s a very dog friendly area. Sidewalks have been redone and so there is plenty of walkable areas. "
  • Angel Delgado
"Beware some dog owner don’t lock up there dog it’s over all safe neighborhood bee. Here since a kid it’s good quiet perfect for a big or small family "
  • Krrivera1
"I’ve lived here for more than 20 years. It’s a great city with a hometown feel! My neighborhood is small and has no HOA which is the best part. Everyone is friendly and takes care of their properties. "
  • Rachel Angus
"There is a dog park in our neighborhood, lots of sidewalks, a track, and trails to take a dog for walks. "
  • Trulia User
"We don’t have any strays running loose in this area so that’s great especially for joggers and maintenance of our own homes and the yard space"
  • Outdan
"Family are very important so kids can have things to do to keep them busy .Neighbor are very friendly and helpful."
  • Beebetravis
"Neighbors have No consideration for other people. Big parties. Yelling. The traffic is absolutely horrible as well "
  • Mayorgadiana97
"I like the neighborhood because it's very pretty, it feels very safe, the houses are all part of the neighborhood, they're beautiful. It's a quiet place and close to many places. I would really love to live there. ☺️"
  • Trulia User
"Easy commute to anywhere in the city. Near two major interchanges and easy access to Universities and colleges."
  • Svennmess2004
"High traffic. Low crime. Stable ownership. Is just now being gentrified. Thank God. Until that transition is complete, it will be a wasteland of shabby house with zero landscaping. "
  • Serratogabrielle
"Dog are all secured by owners and all the neighbors are pretty friendly about there pets being around other pets "
  • Kimber Switzer
"Great family neighborhood……………………………………………….. Neighbors are quickly becoming our best friends! Love all the get together and bbqs"
  • Ivan Quintero
"They added road islands which has created more traffic. Also making some streets inaccessible from one side. "
  • Kimberly Love
"I don’t see many dogs or own a dog but we have safe sidewalks and lighting at dark. There are lots of parks."
  • William Ortz
"This is a second home and I’m so happy to be here. Secure neighborhood, owners pick when out with dogs. Not so many children around. "
  • Gomez
"It’s safe, schools are nice. Travel to work is easy. Military areas near by. Good places to eat & take children too."
  • Johnfarnel
"There’s not much going on other than garage sales. Most neighbors stay inside because it’s hot all the time."
  • Trulia User
"I work from home. But to get around downtown I use the motorized scooters with Bird. The buses are great service too. "

  • Gamerreyes82
"We lived here for almost 10 years and it’s really nice and quiet. I’d say if I had something bad to say about my neighborhood is the houses are to close together "
  • Tzztzmwgqf
"The community park has events and the HOA office building has classes too. It decorated the neighborhood for Christmas."
