    "Private and well maintained there is a little stream or cannel that runs through the neighborhood. People are able to kayak or use a paddle boat on the water. There are paved paths that are open to the pubic People use the paths to walk beside the water, There are a couple of bridges that neighbors walk over and a small park for children to play on the equipment and the walk path continues around the park.
