    "Dog owners have to have their animals on leash at all times unless they have a fence. I have a small dog so most people don’t mind that he is off leash in our un-fenced are and he’s well behaved. Our neighbors often bring their dogs over when we’re outside so they can ply together. It’s made our neighborhood friendlier with their pets playing with others & being able to run free sometimes together."

    "It feels like home but needs more work on community values and cleanliness! People are not trusting with each other due to the criminal activity & homeless population. However if neighbors took care of one another then the crime would hopefully drop due to so many people being in the lookout."
