    "Great Schools. Lake Life is a fun life for kids fishing, boating etc. Close to all of Central Florida Amusement Parks, but you don’t need to go. Great parks, many festivals. It is a small area of custom homes mostly on canals or on Lake Eustis which is part of the Harris Chain of Lakes. I am 3 miles from Historic Downtown Mt Dora. 3 Miles from Historic Downtown Eustis. And 1 mile from Historic Downtown Tavares which is on beautiful Lake Dora. "

Definitely more rural than urban so be aware for those moving from large cities. This is a home town feel where your neighbors say hello and everyone is friendly.
