Community Description

Saussy Burbank is excited to be among the three builders selected for Myrtle Beach's newest community, SayeBrook. The community encompasses nearly 730 acres two miles from the Atlantic Ocean. SayeBrook will be developed as a "true community - a legacy for the family and the Grand Strand." The community will be comprised of 1,700 homes and will offer close proximity to major retailers at the 400,000-square-foot Town Center. SayeBrook offers easy access to Myrtle Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and boat launches. Also nearby are Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Common District, Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, South Strand Medical Center, and Socastee Middle School.

You can find great food, parks to chill, and even some hidden gems if you know where to look. And the best part? The traffic isn’t too bad! Sure, it gets a little busy sometimes, but nothing crazy. You can get around pretty easily, whether you’re driving, biking, or just walking. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy being outside. Honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else!"
