"Commute best by car. Quick access to 280,380 and 101 freeways. There is approximately a 10 minute commute to SFO"
  • Gissel Larios
"I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 18 years and I love my city. I see so much change coming and it’s going to really be the next best city in the Bay Area."
  • Rayet101
"Some dog owners have really large aggressive dogs and they don’t hold their dogs back. On several occasions their dog attacked other dogs or people."
  • Glenn Langa
"Dog litters everywhere. Neighbors doesn’t respect others. They smoke cannabis inside home, knowing theres kkids and infant lives next door. It not safe to raise children. Not safe to live. Dirty city. Expensive utilities. Rent will raise every year. Appartments owner neglect tenants requests for their maintenance needs. Not safe walking at night because people are outside drinking and there is no time limit. Need a patrol at night. This city needs it mayor to be responsible for making this city safe. "
  • Lukasgilstrap
"Schools are not the greatest, our local school just shut down. I really don’t know what is wrong with the school district but it seems like they don’t have it together. There isn’t a lot of good parks either. They are all out dated, we usually have to go out of town to find a nice park to play at. "
  • Malia217
"My commute has been pretty light due to the shelter order still in effect. Typically to RWC door-to-door during normal commute hours is about 30 - 40 min. (Zero traffic less than 20 min)"
  • Fatema.maliha
"Close to SF city and airport. Has family friendly neighborhoods but not as clean as other suburban cities. It’s a good place to live in if you want to access SF on regular basis but don’t want to live in it. "
  • Neurotic N.
"There are buses, but most people avoid them, there aren’t enough to get you anywhere in a reasonable amount of time. We tend to drive or use Lyft. A nearby Bart station is a great way to go into San Francisco and across the bay. "
  • Haileighcouri
"Great schools close to the beach and the city. Beautiful bay and ocean views. Close to hiking and public transit."
  • Malia217
"Music in the Park, the Posy Parade, Christmas Boutique, Egg Hunt in the park, Flea Market in the park "
  • Malia217
"The character and the houses are all unique. It is a more established neighborhood versus cookie-cutter. A very quiet and safe neighborhood and dog-friendly. "
  • Rayet101
"It is really quiet. Self sufficient. Good schools. And I can walk safely with my wife outside. The HOA is really great and there is 24hr security year round. I also enjoy the year round heated pool and the sauna and jacuzzi. "
  • Jerrycruz3g
"The posey parade and our haunted house that we have in the avenues every year on halloween. All the people of the city volunteer to join disguised as monsters and other scary stuff to scare the kids that enter the neighbors house."
  • Rayet101
"Good, I commute to San Francisco and it takes me 22-40minutes on a good and bad day. With train I can be in downtown San Francisco within 20 minutes."
  • Darwin G.
"The apartment complex where I live hold differentes events on a monthly basis like barbecues and free food events."
  • Paw65sf
"our neighbirhoid bbn is special because everyday there are different tesofdrnts out in front of their houses caring for, maIntaoning, cleaning and or tepaiting/upgrading their homes. An oversll pride of ownership shines throughout the area and around it. its a beautiful thing."
  • Patricia S.
"There is some wildlife including skunks, raccoons, opossums, coyotes, and deer. It might drive some dogs a little nutty."
  • Patricia S.
"Short. Easy access to both freeways. Drivers tend to be a bit tense. San Bruno is at the cross roads of 380 and 101, with direct access to 280. A better commute town, there is not."
  • Carolinejchoi
"Close to freeways, Bart and the airport. Very convenient location for both SF and Silicon Valley. I commute to the east bay for work and it takes me 35-50 mins each way. "
  • Angie R.
"Quiet and safe-ish. It is extremely close to SFO, two major highways (280 and 101) and a great location if commuting to SF or the peninsula."
  • Paw65sf
"farmers markets. flea markets. baseball. music in the park. parades. all wonderful community events where friendly folks can mingle and talk. "
  • Abdelrahman Asal
"Quiet. Clean. Bart and Caltrain stations. Somehow close to San Francisco. Close to SFO airport. In the middle between sf, south, and east bay, so no super long drive to get anywhere. "
  • Changinglives.mireles
"We have no events that everyone gets together for. everyone stays to themselves and their families."
  • RGH
"An older neighborhood with old homes. The fog in this area is often and is cold for several months of the year."
  • Nancymdinges
"YouTube is across the street and it seems people have lived in the neighborhood for a while. There are plenty of places to eat, and the mall is about a mile away if you need anything! "
  • Steven L.
"Friendly place, great area, easy transportation. Safety and comfortable area. Love this neighborhood "
  • Lisa S.
"We Lived here for 6 years. Loved this area. Close to everything, neighbors are good, they respect others, friendly neighborhood. "
