Wish there were more local, small businesses in the area and less corporate franchises but overall the area is great. I believe it will be a bigger golf cart community in the next 5-10 years as there are a lot of golf carters already. "

    "I’ve lived in this community for 3 years and really love it. People are great. Mostly older retired folks and military single family homes. I walk and run with my dog here every day and never have any issues from the other people walking their dogs. Everyone waves to one another. It’s really nice. The area is building up and within the next couple years there will be more to do in the area. I think this area is perfect for single families looking to get away from jacksonville and raise their families in a safe area."
