    "Live here, excellent area, very low crime rate, great neighbors, quiet area, walk to Alva School, boat ramp and Caloosahatchee River are just around the corner, tennis courts, Alva Museum and Garden Club are also just around the corner, Alva Country Diner just over the bridge, post office across the street, equestrian community with million dollar homes just around the corner, a wonderful area for you and/or your family. The Alva area is truly a quiet Florida gem, a number of homes in the area are also historical homes, like this home. Fort Myers is an easy commute."

    "Located in East Ft. Myers, Cascades is Close To Everything….But Far From It All. RSW just 20 minutes away, commuting to the Airport is a breeze. Currently I-75 is being expanded to six lanes all the way to SR80 which allows for even better commute to the south. If you stay on SR80 east, Downtown Ft. Myers is 15 minutes from Cascades at River Hall and Gulf Coast Town Center is around 25 minutes. You will only find nice friendly neighbors here, it is a new community with a Davis Love III golf course and 12,000 SF amenities center. Being gated adds to the security and beauty of the area, open space as well as beautiful lakes. "
