    "Not many dog owners walk their dogs because of the abundance of feral cats throughout all of Frankfort. Most neighborhoods have nice sidewalks that would support a safe way to walk their dogs."

    "You always see people or walking around with their dogs when it is warmer. There are several different sizes of dogs in our neighborhood, but many dog. Even though there are many dogs they aren't barking constantly. This is a peaceful neighborhood. With low crime. "
