"Golf cart Christmas light show parade every year. Really good garage sales. Isolated neighborhood with low crime rate. Book clubs, golf associations, etc."
  • Michelenicole.gipson
"Great safe community I like the community it is safe for kids everybody seems to be friendly and watch out for each other "
  • Aly Wilder
"It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "
  • Sierra L.
"Of the three districts, I feel like Richland is the best. Also, there are plenty of parks so even if you have a small yard, there is sure to be a park really close."
  • Trulia User

  • Jami B.
"Definitely. There are quite a few dogs in my neighborhood and no one hesitated to walk their dogs. It’s very pet friendly. "

  • Ricki P.
"Close to shopping. All newer neighborhoods. Parks. Schools. Very little crime. Safe neighborhood. Lots of pedestrian activity. Lots of areas to walk dogs. Been here 14 years. "
  • Fitfamily1
"I moved here years ago after growing up in Los Angeles California. We have low crime, beautiful rivers for boating, tubing, kayaking and now water-yoga which is done on top of your paddle board. All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
  • Sandraeynon
"That’s is no gangs is a safe community for the new generations. Hospitals, schools and all other business (stores) are so close and convinced from my home. "
  • Rludwigsen
"It would be fine to have dogs in our neighborhood. As long as they’re not running free. Some people might not like the barking. "
  • Sonee1606
"leash etiquette (keeping them on leashes as well),picking up after dogs business, well mannered dogs, no barking after 9pm"
  • Jillian P. H.
"Nonexistent as I do not work outside of the home. My husband commutes to Hanford and it takes about 45 minutes."
