"Don’t have any kids so I don’t know but generally, safe and like a pretty good area to stay in. I’ve generally stayed on the north east side of San Antonio to include Converse, and live oak!"
  • Lee
"Great park for families and health nuts. It even has fishing, basketball courts, playgrounds, pavilions, athletic fields for teen sports teams. Picnic tables, walking/running trails with wildlife. "
  • Ben Brooks Jr
"Well lit streets at night, and during the day everyone is friendly enough to wave as you walk by. There is plenty of space to walk your dog safely."
  • Ben Brooks Jr

  • Lizette Cervantes
"I work from home, lots of construction though makes traffic slow all the time, especially on the weekends."
  • Ben
"Don’t know of many good events other than garage sales, little league games, and district athletic games that might be enjoyable for some."
  • Trulia User

  • Royal S.
"There minor crime but it’s absolutely not a huge problem where ever you go there’s always gonna be some type of crime"
  • Darshay012

"The weekends are terrible, every other house has a party late nights and can hear the music all night long .... I can't wait to move"
  • Jennifer A.
"my neighborhood has good access to the military base and down town. The elementary school is brand new and my kids like it."
  • Michele Meeks
"I've lived here for 3 1/2 years. It is quiet with lovely landscaping. The people who live around me are friendly and look out for each other."
  • Karen L
"Unfortunately there’s s back area across from Walmart that makes our new neighborhood look bad. The new neighborhood is safe and had a new elementary school build as well as pool and rec area. There’s a sheriff that lives in the next street and its next to the new freeway expansion and new outlets should be build within the next 5 years. Overall it’s easy access to the freeway. They are demolishing and taking over all those old homes with new apartments towards fm 78 etc. Can’t wait for this area to fully grow. It’s gonna be pretty nice I think "
  • Jforjhonny
"There are definitely better places than others but San Antonio has been great while Ive been here. Most of the area is clean and taken care of. There are many parks around so if you cant have much fun at home, then going to a playground wouldnt be a problem."
  • ms. white
"the neighborhood is close to the schools, and it's nice and quiet. it's a good place to raise a family. close to all the necessities. you do have to travel into town for any type of nightlife or work though. "
  • Hejljames
"Great area for first time home buys or down graders. Some parts are better than others but for the most part it’s quiet"
  • Mariamataperea
"Neighborhood is phenomenal. Love our neighbors! Area is very close to major highways and shopping. Parks are also located close by. "
  • Leiza_k
    "I don’t know , I don’t live here . I visited and I really liked it . I think it’s a great peaceful community "
