"Jacksonville sucks. Don’t move here your better off not even living in Florida, guns and drugs everywhere. Moncreif is the only safe place "
  • Trulia User
"My commute is generally a bit stressful because this area has multiple stop lights & is extremely over populated. "
  • Nell
"There’s no dog park but our neighborhood is dog friendly! We also have a media page set up to put a picture of your pet. Just in case it gets loose or out."
  • Billw
"Many dogs have fences. Other dog owners are nice, polite, and respectful. Pets are not an issue in this neighborhood."
  • Amanda M. M.
"Lots of activities for kids and adults alike. Halloween parties, Easter egg hunts, Christmas luminaries. "
  • Nell
"The neighborhood is close to major freeways. Downtown is about 20 minutes away. The airport is 30 minimum."
  • Nmizerany12
"You see dog owners walking their dogs, and the neighbors are very friendly and it feels safe and secure."
  • Mikepaiva5
"There are always people walking their dogs in the neighborhood and there’s a small park/open area that dogs are often running around in. Overall it is a very dog friendly neighborhood. Nothing I don’t like about it"
  • Jackie A.
"My neighborhood is easy to the Beaches and 30 min easy commute to Riverside area.Neighbors look out for one another ."
  • Stewart
"Nice neighborhoods and friendly people. Generally houses and yards are kept up and nice looking. The area is not walkable but is dog friendly and family friendly. There is frequent vandalism and car break ins. Our neighborhood had 10-20 cars broken into the other night. "
  • Jenellemcknight
"I have lived here for 1 year. My neighbors are friendly. People smile and speak as they pass. I would recommend. "
  • Wanda C.
"we had our in this neighborhood for more than 5 years, and never had any issues, no vandalism or crimes around here"
  • Jauhn S.
"This area is close to a few bigger stores and has a small community feeling . The biggest down fall is I can hear my neighbors on the phone with all the windows and doors closed in my house. I do not blame them for being loud or unruly but more so for the quality of the houses that was built in this area. Also there are small parties on weekends that last longer than normal and thanks to the amazing road that’s close by I can hear Street racing and sometimes gunfire "
  • Coluccikrystal
"Close to schools and restaurants as well as easy access to shopping within biking or walking distance, and 5 min from beaches. "
  • Jos F. K.
"Nice area, close to Atlantic and Beach blvd shoppings, and close to the beach. Is a very quiet place, special for families with kids and those wants safety and friendly neighbours."
  • Megan_scheider
"I love this area. It's central to just about everything in Jacksonville with a quick commute to both downtown and the beaches. There are a lot of families within the community and great schools."
  • handecaliskan
"I used to live in Covenant Cove and I must say it was my favorite place to live in Jacksonville. I felt like I was close to everything from downtown to St Johns town center in addition to being only 10 minutes away from the beach. There is a super target, a couple grocery stores and several restaurants and bars that are in a walking distance. It is also a plus to be only 5 minutes away from Mayo Clinic and 15 min from UNF. I am a single woman and I never felt awkward walking out at night by myself in the neighborhood. Very safe and clean and my neighbors were very friendly."
