Yards/homes are decorated for holidays, folks wave as you drive by, they speak when they're out on the streets. Pleasant. Not as great as when I grew up, but still not bad at all. I'm in Sandston. "

    "People complain about your animals all the time & people allow their animals to run the roads. The only good thing is if your dog ever goes missing people love to watch out for other people’s animals, but they’ll call you a bad dog owner and all types of crazy names because your dog got out. "
