"Downtown traffic is typically fairly easy outside. It dos get a bit congested between 5-6pm, especially if there’s an accident on 81. Typically, it’s an easy commute on a daily basis "

"They would like living in this neighborhood because they would not see any loose dogs running around while they’re walking their dogs. And it’s a nice quiet area. Lotta cars on the street with restaurants in the corners makes it difficult for parking but other than that, very nice neighborhood."

"I grew up in the Carlisle area & have resided here all my life. We live outside of town a little, but close enough to still go & do things in town. There are many places to eat & drink, Great Food. There is also a lot happening w/ Live Music. You can listen to Acoustic Music, Live Bands or attend one of many Open Mics in the area."

There's also a farmer's market on the square on Wednesday, and tons of festivals during the summer. There's a little something for everyone of all ages, it's a great community."
