Everyone was out the next morning helping to clean up tree limbs and leaves from the entire cut-de-sac, not just their own yard, sharing tools, equipment and man power. "

Most are responsible owners, but there are those that walk their dogs at night and allow them to relieve themselves in their neighbors yards. This is the part I dislike. I sit on my porch at night and you wouldn’t believe the things I see dog owners allow their dogs to do."
