"People let the dogs run around without leashes, dog poop everywhere, and homeless people dig through the trash all the time. Stay away!"
  • Trulia User
"That the children can play in a well maintained park, thst the structures are all safe and kept up but mostly that there is no stranger danger around"
  • Marissa M.
"The commute in this area is easy if you know the back roads.. there is always a lot of traffic on lamb and Nellis so I avoid those at all cost."
  • ESargR
"Lately lots of homeless seem to be roaming thru the neighborhood and the trash. If there isn’t fence around the property they go up to the hose and get water and you can run into them or your kids can, happened to my son at his gparents house, luckily my husband was a few steps behind. "
  • Mrs. T. P.
"More business are moving in which has created a positive change in the overall look of the community."

"Lot of kids and families utilize the local park. There are more franchise themes businesses moving in to the area, which makes eat out or shopping a bit more convenient. "
  • Warddestiny99.dw
"Dog owners wouldn’t feel safe walking their dogs, most dog owners don’t even clean up after their dogs. The neighbors are friendly but you can’t trust anyone here. "
  • Robertmasters
"I dont know of any. The church and the high schools have events, and therr is a lot of baseball and soccer games to watch. little legues that is."

"it's not the safest place in the world but then at the same time if you keep your distance you won't really have anything to worry about"
  • Benavidesbreanna
"People do not clean up their own dog droppings and you will get excused for it even having just a Chihuahua and people excuse your little dog droppings for a pit bull"
  • Candy W
"Until thanksgiving holidays my area was quiet. My neighbors car window got shot during a shooting of abt 8 shots exchanged. "
  • Idriveyoudont
"Dog owners would like how doggy friendly it is around here with a lot of friendly people and their dogs. I know I personally hate how little grass their is in my apartment complex and all around the neighborhood there’s no grass for my puppies only hard rock landscaping which isn’t nice on their feet especially when it’s hot outside."
  • Mariachavez1997 m.
"Its an ok neighborhood, i grew up here and i feel comfortable here but i would definitely would want to live in a better area"
