  • Jsantiago.78
"schools systems are ok. neighbors are safe. not noise at all. no traffic at any time. everything is pretty close. not many jobs on IT. "
  • Chriswilis
"Like nice areas to walk dogs, manicured lawns sidewalks. Dislike they have to cleaning up after their dogs. "
  • Chriswilis
"The mix of home types, ages of homes, ages of residents elderly to children, mix of citizens of different backgrounds. The way citizens decorate the exterior of their homes."

"Numerous wooded, house-free lots provide a wooded experience. Most households are dog friendly. lots of dog walkers to join or just say Hello to. "
  • Rose B.
"It is peaceful and private with wooded lots of an acre of more. It is not uncommon in the spring and summer to wake up to squirrels, birds and even dear roaming around. The canopy of trees help to keep it some what cooler. It is beautiful in fall with the collage of colorful leaves and quite picturesque after a winter snow. "
  • Petchandlorna
"It’s the people who live here who make this place so unique. Always helpful, friendly and fun! It’s a safe and well looked after development "

"Hearthstone is a great development close to the city and only 30 minutes from the Delaware beaches. There are some great state and local parks that support an active lifestyle. "
  • Hlmhappy817
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years. It is great. We are looking to move only because we want more land. "
  • Larry N.
"very noise busy street, Marshall St Milford DE. Loud trucks, small and large, loud base music in cars passing by house. Marshall St is very heavily travel city road, a lot people do not obey 25 MPH speed limit. This street is like drag strip. Would not recommend living with in city limits of Milford DE. Not a nice residential area, it's more like a commercial business area. "
  • Kayla K.
"I've lived here for 2 years. there are lots of kids. it's a good environment to raise a family. pet friendly too"
  • Kayla K.
"I live in Marshall commons and it is a great quiet neighborhood to raise a family in. the kids are always running around outside in groups to play. it's also a very good cultural mix as well. great neighborhood. "
